Avoid this place like the plague! I contacted this dealership on the morning of 5/18/13 and spoke to Randy Brooks about a 2013 Kawasaki Teryx 750. After confirming that he had one in-stock, we agreed upon a price and I told him that I lived a long ways away from them and that I didn't want to waste a trip there without having everything ironed out. After an hour and a half of driving all the way to Beckley, Mr. Brooks informs me that he "misunderstood" me and that he quoted me a price on the 2013 Brute Force and that the Teryx was going to be $1200 more than what he quoted me on the phone. They would not honor the quote they gave me originally, so I bought one at another dealership that bent over backwards to help me out and even gave me a winch installed. Buyer beware! This dealership is shady. Take your business elsewhere because they don't deserve your hard-earned money.

I have purchased 3 bikes from United cycle. king quad 450, C90 and a C109RT. I purchased the C109RT August 26. 2010 and headed to pigeon forge the same day. i noticed the bike was not running as it should, but figured with all new products it would need a break in period. August 28 I was heading back to the cabin and the bike just quit. I called united cyle in Beckely and they called a wrecker service and the bike was taken to a near by dealer. 5 hours later that dealer ship told me the battery was bad and they had replaced it. August 29 i headed back home with no problems at all. September 1st I headed towards mt girl friends house and noticed i had a oil leak. So i headed back to united cyle to get this problem fixed. i was almost at the dealer ship when the bike quit again just like it did before. i called the dealer ship and once again they came and picked the bike up. my bike was there for the next 17 days. Needless to say i was not a happy camper in any since of the word. They told me the reulator was bad and a sensor for the charging system was bad. The regulator they could get in a few days, but the sensor would not be released to ship until Oct 14. i have never been so mad over a situation in my life. After a phone call to the owner, he decided to call Suzuki after 17 days mind you and they told the service techs that sensor could not be bad. after a couple of days on the phone with Suzuki they figured the problem out and fixed the bike. A few days later and i am riding the bike up to see my girl friend again and noticed oil still coming from the left side of the motor. i headed straight for united again and this time i told them how unbelievable this experience has been. they called me a few days ago and said they have taken the breather off and cleaned out the excess oil. i am going today sept 8 2010 to pick up my bike and they tell me it does not leak. now as far as the response to the bike being broke down, i cannot complain, but the service has much to be desired. no phone calls to keep you up to date or to explain why a brand new bike is still in the shop after 17 days. they do not fix what they say they fixed or the bike would not be in the shop. the oil leaking 3 times is a result of someone not doing there job. if this bike was not under warranty i would not ever take it back to united cycle in beckley to get my windshield cleaned. i have never been so disappointed in service in my whole life.

F-
Horrible Customer service 2 month backlogs on warranty work.
Mechanics fix bikes long enough to get them out the door and break down again on the first ride on the bike.
