I don't know what these other guys are talking about. Maybe they're confusing Cycle Center with another dealership or something. For me, I have had good experiences with the service dept. all around. They seem to have a pretty good crew over there in the service dept. and Tommy makes you feel confident in what he is telling you.

I CALLED DOHM CYCLE IN CHARLESTON WV AND THEY SAID TO BRING IT IN AND THEY WOULD FIX RHINO RECALL IN ABOUT 40 MINS.NO MATTER WHERE IT WAS BOUGHT.JUST CALL THE DAY BEFORE YOU COME. MUCH BETTER!

i tried to take my rhino in for recall and was first told to take it back where i bought it. so i called honda then the dealer said they would fix it but only after everyone that purchased from them.i just moved to this area and i would never buy from them because of that

This dealership states that safety recall repairs require the owner to leave the unit with the service department for "a week or so" as they do not order the safety required part until the unit is in the shops hands.

This practice compared to more modern thinking is antiquated as many service departments are prepared for such recalls or at least schedule the part in before requiring the vehicle to appear reducing downtime for the owner.

Definatley got the message that the safety related repair would take the back seat of any other vehicle scheduling and not really interested in customer satisfaction or doing the repair.
Just going through the motions... do buisness elsewhere
