I have owned HD's and Bikes from all over the world my entire life from motorcross to street bikes. 7 at one given time, I currently am 52 yrs old and ride a Springer FXSTS.OAL,I like the bike but as with the FXSTS,DUECE,ROCKER & CROSSBONES,WIDEGLIDE, 39mm Narrow glides, Willie G has once again produced another 1/2 ASSED bike. MY 05 & the Crossbones disc rotors don't match,that rear tooty fruity rear bob fender was designed by a drag queen,the FXSTS front wheel is off centered (a bad last minute 1/2 assed improvement over the scrambler fender.THE 21 IN TIRE ARE POOR HANDLING ON EVERY HARLEY & should be retired (NO PUN intended).The Cross bones should have been a Hardtail or used the rear bobber /heartland biker setup (that looks like CRAP on the new bobber),or utilized a DYNA rear suspension with a cobra 2 up seat & sissybar. The overall lack of chrome everywhere for the price and the clown bike midget front circus tire should have been a 110/90 -19 SERIES TIRE WITH AVON oldschool speedster tires.Let's not get started on DUNLOP tires please( I DID THIS ON MY 05 FXSTS).. AND let's not forget that horrible MOE HOWARD 3 STOOGES fender on the DUECE that made the greatest ABORTION since ROE vs WADE! Somebody at HD needs to lay off the crack pipe. What happened to Tradition? Let all the wanna bees do like they always have.. follow HARLEY. Harley needs to give their following more chrome / value for their money.If you aren't going to lead the industry,then follow or get out of the way of the JAPPS!! Now, If you think I am wrong, Why did HD finally copy the JAPPS/aftermarket and produce a bigger HP motor & tranny?? AND Yes I know , HD built the 1st H2O cooled V TWIN in '74.HD should not let the JAPPS and aftermarket leave HD in the dust with a HUGE HEADSTART.Thats why people spend extra to improve the bike as soon as it comes off the showroom.Charge a little more and get it right from the start OR LET US ORDER A BIKE EXACTLY LIKE WE WANT IT. i could go on about a few other models but, enough for now..Ride on........
