Kawasaki Troubles

Hello everyone, I've had a Kawasaki Vulcan for about two weeks now its a 1998 and it used to run well at low speeds. I recently started highway and interstate rides and now my bike will lose power and the engine makes a very choppy sound. This will stop if i pin the throttle down but it jerks violently. It leaked a oil fuel mixture from the muffler today and wont choke well at all. I took it down the street and it died several times along the way. I could really use some help i just put carb cleaner in today and fuel stabilizer in yesterday and ran both in idle for about fifteen minutes each but nothing seems to help. Thanks in advance.

Take your spark plugs out and take a look. I'm guessing they will be black and wet with gas. Let us know.
