What is My Garage?
My Garage is the social networking section on MotorcycleUSA.com. My Garage allows users to create a member page containing photos and information about their motorcycles and ATVs. Tell people about yourself and your bikes and get comments from other users.
What’s the difference between My Garage and My MotoUSA?
My MotoUSA is your user account on MotorcycleUSA.com. My Garage is the social networking section of MotorcycleUSA.com. You need a My MotoUSA account to have a My Garage page.

Why do you need my email address to create My MotoUSA account?
In an effort to eliminate bogus accounts on My MotoUSA, we will send you an email to confirm your My MotoUSA account. If the owner of the email address does not confirm by clicking the link in the email, the account will not be created.
I haven’t received my account confirmation email.
Check your email junk mail folder and be sure to add motorcycle-usa.com to the approved white list in your email program or with your email provider. If you still can’t find the confirmation email address, you can sign up again using a different username (the original has been reserved). Make sure to check the accuracy of your email address or use a different email address.
Still having trouble? Submit this form and we will attempt to manually activate your account.
What if I forgot my password?
Go to the Password Recovery page, enter your username and email address. Your password will be changed to a randomly generated set of characters and be sent to your email address.
My username or password is not being accepted.
If after several tries you are unable to Login to your account, go to Password Recovery page and follow the Forgot Password steps.
How do I change my username, password or email address?
Login and go to My Page Manager and click the Edit Profile button.

Do I need to choose a bike and add photos to have a My Garage account?
Yes, in order to create a My Garage account you must choose a motorcycle or ATV from our database and upload at least one photo.
How do I upload pictures?
You will load one photo when signing up for your account. Additional photos can be uploaded from My Page Manager by clicking on the Edit Bike or Add Photos link for each bike on your member page.
What type of image files does My Garage accept?
My Garage photos must be JPEG images, meaning they carry the .jpg or .jpeg file extension. We do not accept GIF images.
How do I delete unwanted pictures?
Login to My Page Manager. Click the Edit Bike or Add Photos link for the appropriate bike. Scroll to the Edit Photos section, and click the Delete Photo checkbox for each photo you want to remove. You must have at least one photo per bike.
How do I add additional bikes to my member page?
Login to My Page Manager and click the Add a New Bike Button. You can also click the Add a Bike text link at the top of the page after Login.
What if I can’t find my bike listed in the dropdown list?
Use the text link to submit your requested motorcycle or ATV for addition to the database. We will review your request and add it if appropriate - meaning it won’t happen immediately.
How do I choose the first bike to appear on my member page?
Login and go to My Page Manager. Click the Make Primary radio button next to the bike you want to appear first and the page will refresh. That bike is now the primary bike for your page.
How do I remove a bike from my member page?
Login and go to My Page Manager. Select the Delete Bike checkbox next to the bike you wish to remove and click the Delete button. There is no way to undo this procedure once you have clicked Delete. You must have at least one bike in your member page.
Can I edit the Style, Make, Model and Year of my bike?
No, if you have an incorrect bike in your account, you must delete the bike and add a completely different bike or ATV.

Comments apply to a specific bike in your profile. There may be different comments for each bike in your profile. Your blog is more general and applies across all the bikes in your profile. The blog should tell users something about you and your motorcycling adventures.
Simply post your comments along with other user comments while viewing your My Garage page. Your username will be shown next to your comment.
Login and go to My Page Manager. Scroll to Create/Edit My Blog and DO NOT select a blog to edit. Fill in the blog Title and the Body text and click the Create Blog button. You can use the editing tools to customize the text too.
Login and go to My Page Manager. Scroll to Create/Edit My Blog and choose a blog in the dropdown list. Make your changes to the blog title or body and click the Update Blog button. To delete a blog topic, just click the Delete Blog button.
Login and go to My Page Manager. Click on the bike that has the comments and scroll to the bottom of the page. Under Delete User Comments, check the comment you wish to remove and click the Delete button. We do not allow you to edit user comments.
Login and go to My Page Manager. Scroll to Create/Edit My Blog and select the appropriate blog topic from the dropdown list. Scroll to the Delete Blog Comments section, check the comments you wish to remove and click the Delete button. We do not allow you to edit user blog comments.
No, if a user wants to have you as a buddy you will show up on their page. However, you can remove buddies from your list on My Page Manager.

How do I get my member page to appear on the homepage?
The newest users will be shown on the homepage until they are rotated off as newer members join My Garage. If you have a bike that is one of the highest viewed pages on My Garage, it will appear under Highest Viewed Bikes.
Can you put my member page on the homepage?
MotorcycleUSA.com does not accept requests to put specific member pages in featured positions on the site. Make it a great page and perhaps we’ll pick it up on our own.

Postings of this kind will be removed immediately, and a violation will be issued to the member responsible for the posting. Violators may be warned or have their My MotoUSA account terminated at our discretion. If you see any pornographic, obscene or defamatory postings, please report it immediately.
